It all begins with an idea…….

On our many ghost hunting adventures, our team have met many small paranormal groups who all share the same goal, to obtain proof and witness the paranormal. Many of these groups however attend events such as ours, because some locations can be very expensive to hire.

So to promote paranormal solidarity, we’re hiring the location for you!

We have secured HMP Shrewsbury Prison for 12 hours of paranormal investigation and fund raising for the Martin House Children’s Hospice, a charity that assisted a relative of ours throughout his life long fight with with severe Scoliosis, Pierre Robin/Stickler Syndrome and Subglotic Stanosis. At birth he was not expected to live beyond 12 hours, he died at the amazing age of 32 but not without the help of this amazing charity.

What’s included?

  • Your group will have private access to the Prison for a set amount of time (if you are in a smaller group you may be required to join with another small group, however the way we see it, share your skills and your knowledge and enhance your chances of activity).

  • You will also have the opportunity to “sleep” over in one of the cells once the investigations come to a close (who are we trying to kid, none of us expect you to actually sleep so carry on your investigations wherever you choose).

  • We have already secured a special guest and we aim to attract more to come along and meet you on the night.

  • While you wait for your turn to investigate, peruse some of the exhibits, stalls and workshops. Introduce yourselves to one another and share your experiences, after all we share the same passion and goal with one another!

  • Raffle/Auction for some amazing prizes - details will follow!

  • Complimentary hot and cold drinks will be available all night. There will also be caterers onsite providing hot/cold food and snacks. Light breakfast items such as croissants and cereal will be available for the early hours.

Where can I book, what do I pay and what goes to charity?

  • The cost of the event is £50.00 per person with 50% going direct to charity. The remaining 50% will contribute to the hire costs of the location.

  • Booking is available here via our payment link in association with Global Payments. All major debit and credit cards are accepted via this link.

  • When using this Global Paylink, please use the “comment to seller” button to insert the name of your group and also the names of all persons included on the booking. This will enable us to allow group members to book separately as we will be able to match up group names and ensure you are kept together on the night within your group.

  • We will not be offering a deposit option for this event unfortunately.

Other Useful Information

  • Into the Shadows Ltd do not intend to make any profit from this event, all proceeds and monies will be paid over to the charity.

  • We will also be creating a fundraising page with www.justgiving.com. Details to follow.

  • Any raffles/auctions/competitions will be in accordance with the Gambling Commission regulations.
