EVENT CANCELLATION - ANNISONS FUNERAL PARLOUR

UPDATE - Further to the cancellation by the owners of Annisons Funeral Parlour, we have managed to secure an alternative location. All our guests will automatically be transferred onto our new event at Fort Paull, Battery Road, North Humberside. Same area, same price, same date and same timings! All guests should have also received an email with further details.

We regret to inform our guests that the owners of Annisons Funeral Parlour have unexpectedly had to close the building to the public resulting in the cancellation of all events and bookings.

This unfortunately includes our investigation that we had booked for Saturday 13th September 2025.

We are extremely disappointed with this turn of events as we had a great investigation last time we visited. We do however expect that all monies that have been paid over the venue will be returned in due course.

We are currently looking for a suitable venue that we could offer as an alternative however should no alternative be found, we will issue either a credit note for a future event or a full refund.

Emails will be sent shortly to all guests booked onto the event so please allow us a few days before we proceed with the issuing of transfers, credit notes or refunds. This is to ensure we manage to make contact with all guests booked on to this event.

“We did our first event with the team last night at Mill Street Barracks. Laura and all the team were so knowledgeable, friendly and brought a sense of fun. Which in my past experiences, can sometimes be lost with paranormal investigations. It definitely brought the right kind of attention it was active all night. Doors being slammed, tables moving, setting machines off and lots of unexplained goings on. We had a great night and after witnessing the human pendulum for the first time, the sceptic in me has definitely been silenced. It was our first investigation with this team but it won’t be the last! We’ve just booked another one, I can’t wait!”

This building is fascinating and there is so much to it, every event is different. As soon as we entered the building and went into the cells/mortuary and kitchen areas, you could sense the heaviness and that we weren’t alone! Thankfully the team are amazing at taking care of the guests and making sure everyone is safe and well - thank you Scott for the protection jar and Mel for the crystals!

I have been to quite a few paranormal investigations with this great group and I can honestly say what a fantastic bunch they are! The nights are always great fun whether it’s an active night or a little quiet.
