Eden Camp Modern History Museum occupies a former Second World War prisoner-of-war camp of 33 huts. it was built on an agricultural plot on the outskirts of Malton in early 1942, by a small contingent of army personnel who had travelled from Castle Douglas, Scotland to construct a barbed wire enclosure and erect tents to form a temporary camp to accommodate Italian prisoners of war that had been captured by Allied forces in North Africa.

Since the last prisoner left the site has been rife with paranormal activity do the spirits of those detained during war time still remain the emotions of those kept in these iron clad gated walls still resonate with visitors to this site.

Full apparitions, black ghostly shadows and strange unexplained taps and lots of other reports of strange occurances all experienced at this location who will we discover when we go into the shadows at Eden Camp.
